We check the fabric first
Most upholstery has a care label, often under a seat cushion. W means water-based cleaning, S means solvent only, WS means either, and X means vacuum only. If the label has gone, we test a hidden area first.
Leather needs different products from fabric. Tell us it is leather when you ask for a quote, and we will confirm what we can do for it.
Mattress cleaning
Mattresses collect dust, skin flakes and the occasional accident, and they rarely get cleaned. We can freshen them while we are there. Cleaning can help reduce dust and allergens, but it will not make a mattress allergen-free, and we would not claim otherwise.
